Night Owl with Tecqua reduces maintenance costs

Tecqua, a revolutionary coating that provides self cleaning properties, is now applied as standard to Night Owl ‘bounce back’ Keep Left Bollards.

Tecqua uses advanced liquid glass technology to produce a revolutionary coating that resists dirt, lichens and graffiti. This greatly reduces the frequency of costly and dangerous manual cleaning by contractors and ensures a consistently high level of visibility for drivers.

The easily detachable Sign is another maintenance feature. If damaged, the moulded-in screw thread allows the Sign to be easily removed and replaced in under a minute, again reducing danger to Highway Contractors and inconvenience to road users.

Night Owl bollards are Passively Safe at 70kph and approved for use by the DfT. Importantly, Night Owl has passed BS8442:2006 for Retro Reflective Self Righting Bollards.
